It should be known that this is a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS, and that all Rental Equipment is subjected to availability on that Event Date. All Rental Equipment can be Scheduled and Reserved over the phone by an Accurate Services Special Event Consultant at any time during Business Hours. A Scheduled Reservation IS NOT an Actual Reservation. Your Rental Equipment is Not Guaranteed on the Event Date unless a Deposit of 25% is Paid In-Advance and the Balance is Paid prior or at the time of Delivering Equipment. Payments are accepted in Cash, Credit Cards, and Checks. Personal Checks must be received 30 Days prior to the Event Date. A Customer that Reserves their Rental Equipment with a Credit Card Takes Preference Over a Customer mailing a Personal Check. All Special order Reservations of Specialty Equipment not in stock will require 100% Deposit. All Rental Equipment is subjected to NYS Sales Tax.

A Customer can call to cancel a Reservation that Accurate Services is Retaining a Deposit for Rental Equipment. However the Deposit may be subjected to 100% of the total Deposit depending on the Time of Cancellation. Any Customer Canceling 3 Days prior to the Event (the reserve date) will result in an entire loss (100%) of the contract Deposit amount. Any Cancellation Two Weeks PRIOR (before) to the Day of the Event (the reserve date) Will Be charged 50% of the Contract Deposit Amount. Any Cancellation Two Weeks With In to the Day of the Event (the reserve date) Will Be charged 80% of the Contract Deposit Amount. Any Cancellation With In One week to the Event Will Be charged 90% of the Contract Deposit Amount. Accurate Services Management reviews all Cancellations on a case-by-case basis. Severe Weather such, as Tornados, Major Storms, etc. will have to be reviewed for a Legitimate Cancellation and a refund of 100% Contract Deposit Amount. All Rental Contract Deposits that are Paid in Advance by Cash, Credit Cards, and Checks will be Refunded in the Manner that they were Received.

Free Delivery is available for all Rental Equipment orders of $100.00 or more and within a 10 Mile radius from our Warehouse. Free Delivery is available for all Rental Equipment orders that are $250.00 or more and within a 15-Mile radius of our Warehouse. All Rental Equipment will be Delivered to a Level grade and Ground Level or a Backyard within a Reasonable Distance from the Delivery Vehicle. Any additional Delivery Charge is based on the Distance from our warehouse to the Location on the event site. Rates will vary depending on the amount of Rental Equipment to be delivered. We will always make our Best Effort to Deliver your Rental Equipment at your schedule time of Delivery. However there are circumstances that are out of our control. Traffic jams, poor driving conditions, etc. that could delay your delivery.

What We Kindly do ask of our Customers is to Separate & Remove any of Their Lights, Decorations, Chairs, Tables, etc. from our Rental Equipment at the end of their Event. And to Please Clear and Stack our Rental Tables and Chairs under the Tent so they are Ready for Pickup. This will avoid any Confusion upon Pick up of our Rental Equipment. Also this helps us keep our prices competitive.
 

Set-Up & Takedown of Tent Only (Grass Installation), and Delivery of other Rental Items ( Tables, & Chairs Etc... ) .

Please Note: Set-up of Sidewalls, Tables & Chairs is available for an additional charge.
